Terms and Conditions

Welcome to E-ZTours. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://e-ztours.com and all travel-related services offered through the site. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Documents

A valid U.S. Passport is required to travel. Passports must be valid until 6 months after travel. The passport must not expire before October 2026. US Citizens do require a visa to travel. Others must check with the Senegal Embassy. Refunds will not be given if passports are not valid. https://sn.usembassy.gov/traveling-to-senegal/

Payments

Reservations are only considered definite upon receipt of a deposit of non-refundable $300.00 Deposit due immediately.  Deposit signifies full acceptance of terms and conditions set forth in this brochure. 

Final payment, in full, must be received by February 20, 2026. 

If payment in full is not received by February 20, 2026,  a $150.00 late fee will be charged.

If payment is not received by February 25, 2026 (including late fee) E-Z Tours will assume cancellation; no notice will be given. No refunds will be issued.

 All payments will be charged a 3% credit/debit card surcharge. 

After paying deposit of $300.00, Travelers must follow a payment plan. Dates are: October 15, November 20, January 20 and final payment by February 20. If final payment not received by February 20, a $150.00 late fee will be charged.  Tour must be paid in full by February 25, 2026. Participants will be notified of payment due dates but It is the responsibility of each traveler to keep track of payments and dates. 

Cancellations

The $300.00 deposit is non refundable.  Additionally, a fee of $700.00 per person will be levied for any cancellations received after December 15, 2025.  Refunds are only processed upon receipt of a written request.. If the tour is not paid in full by February 25, 2026,  E-Z Tours will assume cancellation due to non-payment and no refunds will be given. 

Hotel Rooms/Occupancy

Double/Twin rates are per person with 2 adults sharing a room; Single rates are  per person with just 1 adult in a room. 

If you register paying double occupancy and your roommate doesn’t register, fails to complete payment or does not materialize for any reason, you will be responsible for the Single Occupancy rate.

Tour Rates

Rates in this brochure are based on group travel of 15 or more persons traveling together the entire tour. If numbers drop below 15, the cost of tour may increase.

Responsibility

E-Z Tours, Inc. and/or its agents act only as an agent to the passenger in all matters relating to travel and for the various companies over the lines of which tickets are available and these tours operate, and as such, assume no responsibility for any delay, change in schedule, loss, injury and damage to, or in the respect of, any person or property, however caused, or arising in connection with, the service of any trains, vehicles, carriages, aircraft, or other conveyances or hotel which may be used, whether wholly or in part, in the performance of its duty of the passenger. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time the passenger is not on board their plane on conveyance. The passenger contract, in use by the airline concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of this tour. The right to substitute any tour in this program at any time, and to make changes/alterations in the itineraries, hotels or sightseeing as may be found desirable for the convenience of the tour and the proper execution of the tour is specifically reserved by E-Z Tours.

Travel Bookings

When booking through E-ZTours, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. All bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of our travel partners (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).

E-ZTours acts as an intermediary between you and third-party providers. We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or errors of these providers.

Disclaimer of Warranties

E-ZTours provides the website and services “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information, services, or third-party content.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless E-ZTours, its affiliates, and team members from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the website or services, or your violation of these Terms.
